I wasn't sure what to list this under, so I apologize in advance if it should have been placed under a different category.
First, I would like to state that I AM NOT PREGNANT.
That said, recently (the past week or so), I have developed a severe aversion to all foods: everything from salad to cheesecake. Just thinking about food makes me want to throw up. I get so sick I can barely think straight. The only times I can eat are when I am absolutely starving, and even then I can only force down a few bites before I feel sick again. There were also a couple days of sharp, stabbing pains in my abdomen, on my right side.
The past few months I have admittedly put on too much weight. I now weigh more than I ever have. My family is constantly "worrying" about me (I call it nagging, but to each his own). Is it possible that I have subconsciously developed a distaste for food or is something physically wrong to the point where I need to see a gastroenterologist or someone?
