I have a friend who constantly makes worst-case scenarios seem as though they've already happened or she's experienced it. If a Dr. says she's ill and is on the brink of pneumonia, she will tell everyone she HAS pneumonia. If there are side-effects to a certain medication, she will announce she had most, if not all, of them. If she's walking her dog and approaches a larger pack, somehow, they will all get entangled with hers and start a fight (subsequently, she'll also say how she KNEW something strange was going to happen with the dogs).
Whenever we zig, she zags and somehow she believes presposterous theories about people, politics, whatever, as if she has some inside knowledge about things most of us don't know about.
What the heck is going on? She has alienated many people with her drama and seems to be begging for attantion, feeling terribly inadequate and is very defensive. We have often tried to bring to light the lack of probability regarding many of her assertations but she'll sort of stand down around us, but continue to preach her experiences next chance she gets.
