I had lap band surgery in February of 2010. I lost over 50 lbs. the first year, Then in March of 2011 I broke my leg. After healing I can't seem excercise as much, and can't stop the craving for food at night. I am 62. I would like to keep the weight off for health reasons.(high blood pressure). I have already lost sight in one eye do to hemmoraging. How do I change my view of food?
