I have developed the habit of crying when someone hurts me in office, i know it is a bad habit and creates embrassement. My past life was filled with problems and i tried my best to overcome them but when some one hurts me in office all those problems becomes fresh in mind and all the new things just adds to it and i start crying. I am also not able to share anything related to past neither able to share with them why things are hurting me so much. Please tell me a solution so that i can forget my past problems and be strong in office. Also, I really need to forget them or i feel i may end up with multiple health problems.
