It depends on what level of school you are at. During the undergrad level, you typically have two options. You can get a Bachelor of Science in Psychology or a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In either case, you will take a variety of Psychology classes and can take them in any area of Psychology that interests you.
Once you get to grad school, there are different areas of Psychology degrees. A few categories include:
Educational Psychology
Social Psychology
Experimental Psychology
Clinical Psychology
Counselling Psychology
Forensic Psychology
Neuroscience
Health Psychology
Sports Psychology
That is not a complete list. However, it seems like you have a broad interest and have not yet developed any specific area of interest. This probably means you are getting ready to enter university/college where your options are typically limited. Take courses in everything that interests you and see where it takes you. Professors are also amazing sources.
